1. Acceptance of Terms & Organization Account Governance

By accessing or using Fizibox Luna, its business modules (CRM, Quote Room, Production & QC, Inventory, Work, Tickets, Doc Studio) and Fizibox.OS, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Use and the applicable Service Agreement.

The Customer’s Administrator is responsible for managing member access, configuring role/module/team permissions, and designating authorized approvers within the organization workspace.

2. Three-Tier Approval Governance & Operational Accountability

The platform enforces a strict boundary between AI assistance and human authority through three governance tiers:

• Floor Tier (Mandatory Human Approval): Applies to data deletions, finalizing quotes/contracts, closing deals, outbound communications and remote device commands. Execution occurs strictly after an authorized user approves.

• Gated Tier (Policy-Threshold Governed): Executes automatically within organization-defined safety thresholds and escalates to an approval ticket whenever a threshold is exceeded.

• Auto Tier (Read-Only, Summary & Alerting): Permission-scoped retrieval, document cross-checking and edge event logging without mutating underlying records.

3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

• Customer Ownership: The Customer retains all intellectual property rights to input data, internal documents, BOM formulas, partner records and reports generated from Customer data.

• Platform Ownership: Fizibox Corporation retains all rights, title and interest in the platform source code, interface, two-brain review architecture, Fizibox.OS runtime and associated trademarks.

• Acceptable Use: Users must not attempt to bypass permission boundaries (RLS/RBAC), upload malicious code or unlawful content, or use edge recognition capabilities outside lawful safety and operational purposes.

4. Service Level (SLA), Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

• Availability & Support: Quotas, support response times and SLAs are governed by the Customer’s Service Agreement. Physical infrastructure connectors (Fizibox.OS) provide early detection and evidence verification and complement—rather than replace—mandatory statutory fire/safety systems.
